Accommodation tax of 3.5%/per night, GST and QST included in all prices.
Security deposit of $500 is required 14 days before arrival.

Fees of 25$/day per additional person.

20% of advance payment are required at reservation. That payment will be refund if you cancel at least 30 days before the day of your arrival. Otherwise, it won't be refund.

Security deposit of 500$, refundable within 7 days after you leave if everything is in order.
